Symptoms of acute Cervicitis
Increased leucorrhea is the most common symptom of acute Cervicitis, and sometimes the only symptom of acute Cervicitis, because acute Cervicitis can cause Urethritis, Cystitis, acute Vaginitis, acute Endometritis and other symptoms.
In addition to leukorrhea and mucopurulence, acute Cervicitis is accompanied by low back acid and abdominal pain. There are often symptoms of urgency, frequency, and pain in urination in the lower urinary tract. In severe cases, symptoms such as increased menstrual volume, menstrual bleeding, and postpartum bleeding may occur.
Gynecological examination revealed congestion, swelling, mucosal ectropion of the cervix, purulent secretions flowing out of the cervical canal, and tenderness and easy bleeding of the cervix. If it is Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection, the paraurethral glands and vestibule will be affected, and the mucosa of the urethral orifice and Vaginal orifice will be congested, swollen, and purulent.
