How to know whether your leucorrhea is normal? Judge the abnormality of leucorrhea from four aspects
Leucorrhea is a female Vaginal discharge, which usually protects the vagina, but there are also abnormal leucorrhea, and there are many manifestations of abnormal leucorrhea.
Abnormal manifestations of vaginal discharge
1. Tofu dregs like vaginal discharge: White lumps like tofu dregs are mixed with vaginal discharge, which adhere to the vaginal wall and are not easily detached, often accompanied by itching.
2. Purulent vaginal discharge: The discharge is yellow or green, has a foul odor, and is often caused by genital infections. Inflammatory Exudate, pus cells, necrotic epithelial cells, etc., combined with the effect of bacteria, make leucorrhea present the above changes.
3. Yellow water like leukorrhea: Yellow, clear as water, wet underwear with a foul odor, degeneration and necrosis of diseased tissue, with a large amount.
4. Foaming vaginal discharge: In addition to an increase in vaginal discharge, itching in the external genitalia and vagina is often accompanied by purulent bacteria combined with infection, resulting in a yellow pus like discharge with foaming.
5. Reduced vaginal discharge: When the discharge is significantly reduced or insufficient, symptoms such as vaginal dryness, burning pain, decreased libido, discomfort or difficulty during sexual intercourse may occur, which can be accompanied by dizziness, tinnitus, lower limb soreness, irritability, etc.
Abnormal judgment of vaginal discharge
1. Color: Under normal circumstances, vaginal discharge is a transparent color with no odor. If a woman experiences abnormalities or inflammation, the color of the vaginal discharge may also change. For example, vaginal discharge is milky white, vaginal discharge is light yellow, vaginal discharge is yellow, vaginal discharge is yellow green, etc.
2. Odor: When healthy, there is no obvious odor in female vaginal discharge. When gynecological diseases occur, vaginal discharge has sour, fishy, fishy, and foul odors. At this point, women should pay attention and go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible.
3. The amount of leucorrhea: the amount of change of leucorrhea will directly show whether women have gynecological diseases. Generally, before and after ovulation, more leucorrhea will occur first. More or less leucorrhea shows that women have inflammation. Once the leucorrhea becomes more, inflammation will follow. Finally, it will lead to the increase of women's Vaginal discharge. The main reason for the decrease of leucorrhea is that the ovarian function becomes lower or premature aging occurs
4. Traits: Leucorrhea also has a certain degree of viscosity. Generally, in women during ovulation or pregnancy, the vaginal discharge is thin, and it can grow into a filamentous state. In other periods, it is thin. Women with gynecological inflammation often have purulent, gelatinous, viscous, too thin, watery, or tofu residue discharge.
