Menstruation is a normal physiological reaction for women, and it is important to pay attention to one's menstrual condition. Low menstrual flow is an abnormal phenomenon, and we must take it seriously and actively check.
Symptoms of low menstrual flow

During menstruation, women are accompanied by symptoms such as dizziness, dizziness, palpitations, weakness, yellow color, and lower abdominal emptiness. The color of the tongue is lighter than that of ordinary people, and the pulse is fine.

When menstruation comes, it is accompanied by symptoms such as soreness and weakness in the waist and knees, heel pain, dizziness and tinnitus, and frequent nocturia. The color of the tongue is darker than that of normal people, and the pulse is dull or delayed.
3. Blood stasis type: The menstrual blood color is purple black, with blood clots, accompanied by swelling and pain in the lower abdomen. Judgment of low menstrual volume
The Menstrual cycle is basically normal, the amount of menstruation is significantly reduced, the drops become clean, or the period is shortened by less than 2 days, the amount of menstruation is also less, which is called less menstruation. The normal amount of menstruation is 20~60ml, more than 80ml is menorrhagia, less than 5ml is Hypomenorrhea. The amount of 5ml is still not easy to estimate. We can estimate it this way. If the surface of a daily sanitary napkin is soaked, it means that the bleeding has exceeded 5ml, so it does not count as menstrual loss.
Low menstrual volume examination
1. Medical history examination: inquire about past menstrual history, whether there is a history of menopause, childbirth, abortion surgery, whether there is a history of chronic diseases or medication that affects menstruation, and whether there is a history of gynecological diseases.
2. Gynecological examination: Observe whether there are special abnormalities in the internal and external genitalia, and determine which disease may be causing them based on the abnormal condition of the genitalia, and conduct further examination accordingly.
3. Ultrasound examination: Pelvic ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound. Through ultrasonic examination, we can observe the ovulation status of women, diagnose whether women have Endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, uterine cavity adhesion and other diseases, and if women have Ectopic pregnancy and multiple abortions, we can observe whether the amount of menstruation is low.
