The traditional Chinese medicine treatment formula is as follows:
1. Baibu 30g, Sophora flavescens 30g, Snakeberry 30g, Sichuan pepper 6g, dried alum 6g, Pulsatilla 12g, Dandelion 15g. Boil and wash the affected area with water, once a day in the morning and evening, one dose per day for 7 days as a course of treatment.
2. 50 grams of baibu, 30 grams of snake bed seeds, and 20 grams of crane lice. Soak 500 milliliters of 75% alcohol for 1 week, then remove the residue and filtrate for later use. Shave off the pubic hair, clean the area, and apply a disinfectant swab dipped in a solution to the pubic area, three times a day for seven consecutive days as a treatment course. Married couples are treated together, with underwear, bed sheets, etc. boiled and exposed to sunlight to kill insect eggs.
In addition, it is necessary to shave off and burn the hair of the couple in Jiangyin at the same time, in order to completely eliminate the environment that the pubic lice rely on for survival.
