How should prostatic hyperplasia be judged? Four common symptoms of prostatic hyperplasia
Prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is one of the common diseases of middle-aged and elderly men, and the incidence of BPH increases with the aging of the world population. The incidence rate of BPH increases with age, but there may not be clinical symptoms when there are hyperplastic lesions. The urban incidence rate is higher than that of rural areas, and ethnic differences also affect the degree of proliferation.
How should prostatic hyperplasia be judged?
1. Poor urination. One of the bases for judging male prostatic hyperplasia can also be found out whether the male is dysuria. Due to the compression of hyperplasia tissue, the male urethra is compressed and urination is difficult. When the patient urinates, it needs to wait for a few minutes. The urine rheology is fine, the discharge is weak, and the range is close.
2. Men urinate more often. After men suffer from prostatic hyperplasia, the early performance is frequent urination, that is, the number of urination in men increases. In patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, the frequency of urination is the initial "symbol" of the disease, and the number of urination is one of the judging methods. Especially, the number of nocturnal urination in men is more, which has clinical significance.
3. Urinary incontinence. If the result is serious, the symptoms of urinary incontinence will also appear after men suffer from prostatic hyperplasia. Experts pointed out that the patient's urine is uncontrolled and the possibility of prostate hyperplasia is high.
Interpretation of symptoms of prostatic hyperplasia
In the early stage of BPH, due to compensation, the symptoms are not typical. With the aggravation of lower urinary tract obstruction, the symptoms are gradually obvious. The clinical symptoms include symptoms in the urine storage period, symptoms in the urination period and symptoms after urination. Because of the slow progress of the disease, it is difficult to determine the onset time.
1. Symptoms in urine storage period
(1) Frequent urination and increased nocturnal urination are early symptoms. First, the number of nocturnal urination increases, but the amount of urine per time is small. After the bladder forces the urinary muscle to lose its compensation, chronic urine stagnation occurs, the effective volume of the bladder decreases, and the interval between urination is shorter. With bladder stones and infection, frequent urination is more and more obvious, accompanied by urination pain
(2) When the urinary tract is obstructed due to urgency and incontinence, 50% to 80% of patients have urgency or urgent incontinence.
2. Symptoms during urination
Difficulty in urination: as the gland increases, the mechanical obstruction increases, and the difficulty in urination increases. The degree of lower urinary tract obstruction is not proportional to the size of the gland. Due to the increase of urethral resistance, the patient's urination start is delayed, the urination time is prolonged, the range is not far, and the urine line is thin and weak. Bifurcation of urine and feeling of endless urination. If the obstruction is further aggravated, the patient must increase abdominal pressure to help urinate. Breathing increases or decreases abdominal pressure, resulting in interruption and dripping of urine flow.
