As a troublesome disease, perianal warts are undoubtedly the best option for patients who have early detection and treatment.
Initial symptoms
1. The conscious performance of anal Genital wart in the early stage is not obvious, and sometimes I feel the burning, itching, and oppression around the anus.
2. At the initial stage of Genital wart around the anus, a small number of tiny reddish papules can be seen, gradually increasing, tending to fuse or repeat, and growing in different sizes of cauliflower shaped, papillary and other goose crowns. The body is soft, and some skin injuries have stems at the root. Due to partial scratches, damage to the warts, external ulceration, bleeding, and secondary infections, the increase in warts is particularly significant.
3. Most of the anal Genital wart are papules at the beginning, and later grow like warts, which can be in the shape of large pedicled cauliflower. More commonly, there are flat, small nipple shaped plaque piles. Because of secondary infection, the secretion often has an unpleasant odor.
4. The performance of anal Genital wart: villous, scattered small nipple like, mostly wet condyloma in the mucosa, mostly dry condyloma outside. Wet warts appear in a light pink state, while dry warts appear in a brown or gray state. It grows rapidly, showing a doubling trend, and can grow into clusters of petal warts, gradually expanding its spreading trend.
Measures to prevent anal Genital wart disease include:
1. Eliminate improper sexual behavior during anal intercourse
2. Avoid unclean sexual activity and love oneself
3. In addition, to prevent indirect infections, it is recommended not to use public towels, bath towels, or bathe in shared bathtubs.
What are the treatment methods?
1. Cryotherapy. Cryotherapy is used to treat Genital wart, that is, liquid nitrogen and carbon dioxide dry ice are used to freeze the wart tissue to make it necrotic. The biggest point of cryotherapy is that the local removal of warts is fast, the cure rate is high, and the disadvantage is that the recurrence rate is high. During treatment, local redness, pain and blister ulcer reactions occur.
2. Surgical treatment. For larger and isolated warts with pedicle, surgical resection can be used. After surgical treatment of Genital wart, it is easy to relapse, leading to treatment failure. However, for those with pedicles, large warts, or suspected malignancies, surgical treatment can be used, but to prevent recurrence, other treatments can be used after surgery.
3. Medication treatment. Including various drugs such as immune preparations, antiviral preparations, and traditional Chinese medicine preparations, they can only assist in treatment. Fourth, laser or electrocautery treatment. The laser method and electric burning method are used to treat Genital wart, which are characterized by fast effect and falling off of the wart body during treatment.
