Herpes virus enters the human body through the skin mucosa and damaged parts, copies in the epidermis and dermis cells, infects the nerve and autonomic nerve endings, and the virus enters the nerve cells in the ganglia along the nerve cord to produce symptoms. This infection is usually rapid.
2. Hormone change: Among the pathogenic factors of genital herpes, the change of hormone in the body is also one of the important factors, and the majority of patients are affected by this factor. The body is in a state of excessive fatigue for a long time, cold symptoms cannot be cured for a long time, hormone disorders in the body, genital herpes, and hormone changes in the body of women during menstruation are also prone to disease.

With the development of society and the openness of people's sexual concepts, the incidence rate of unclean sexual relations is higher, and the incidence rate of genital herpes is also higher.
What are the symptoms of genital herpes
Male friends infected with genital herpes can be divided into the following three conditions:
1. Initial infection symptoms
On the average of 4 to 5 days after infection, the affected vulva first had a burning sensation, and then a group of papules, which could be one or more clusters, followed by blisters. A few days later, it develops into pustules, which form erosion or shallow ulcer pain after rupture, and finally scabs and self-heals. The course of disease is about 2 to 3 weeks. Skin injuries often occur in male foreskin, glans, coronal groove and penis, and occasionally occur at the urethral orifice.
2. Symptoms of primary genital herpes
It is often accompanied by systemic symptoms such as general discomfort, low fever, headache, myalgia, and local shower swelling. Complications such as aseptic meningitis are also manifested as fever, neck rigidity, nausea and vomiting, headache, and photophobia.
3. Recurrent infection symptoms
Before recurrence, patients generally have local sensory abnormalities and other prodromal symptoms. The onset site is generally at the starting site. The clinical manifestation is the same as the initial infection, but it is getting lighter and the course of disease is shorter.
