Frequent male sexual activity can easily lead to infertility. Notes on male sexual activity
When a man's sperm count is too low, sexual activity is too frequent, and the sperm count will be lower, which of course can affect fertility opportunities. Research has shown that when abstinence lasts for less than 12 hours, both semen volume and sperm density will decrease by more than half compared to usual; If the abstinence time reaches 24 hours, the sperm reserve will rapidly increase.
The frequency of sexual activity does have a certain impact on fertility. The cause of infertility is not always "kidney deficiency".
For example, when a man's sperm count is too low and sexual activity is too frequent, the sperm count will be lower, which of course can affect fertility opportunities. Research has shown that when abstinence lasts for less than 12 hours, both semen volume and sperm density will decrease by more than half compared to usual; If the abstinence time reaches 24 hours, the sperm reserve will rapidly increase.
Someone has conducted a survey and found that for men who have sex once a day, their sperm count decreases by 70%, 60%, and 50% on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days, respectively. This suggests that men with low sperm count should reduce their sexual activity appropriately to increase their chances of conception.
However, men with sufficient sperm count and poor vitality should increase the frequency of sexual activity appropriately. Because sperm stored in the body for too long will age, weaken motility, and increase dead sperm. If they ejaculate frequently, the survival rate of sperm will be relatively improved, thereby improving fertility.
It is not suitable for each patient to have sexual intercourse 1-2 times a month during ovulation to achieve the effect of "clearing the mind and reducing desires" and "preserving vitality". Some infertile couples suffer from "kidney deficiency" mental pressure, desperately suppressing their normal needs, which over time can affect both parties' sexual desire and function.
If men only ejaculate 1-2 times a month, although the number of sperm may increase, the activity and survival rate of sperm will decrease, and the proportion of "aging" sperm will significantly increase, which is not conducive to pregnancy
Some couples who are eager to have children have sex too frequently. The generation of sperm takes time, which leads to thinning of semen and a significant decrease in sperm count, which is also detrimental to conception. If a woman hastily engages in sexual intercourse before the end of her menstrual cycle, it may even lead to immunological infertility, which involves treating her husband's semen as an "enemy" that invades the body and producing anti sperm antibodies. The more frequent sexual intercourse, the more women absorb male semen, and the stronger the antigen stimulating antibody program. Therefore, for couples with frequent sexual intercourse and infertility, it is best to pause sexual activity or use condoms for 3-6 months to promote pregnancy.
