Frequent and Urgent Urinary to Prevent Prostate Problems How to Prevent urinary system Diseases for Men
Urinary frequency refers to an increase in the frequency of urination and a decrease in urine output each time, but the total urine output throughout the day is no different from that of ordinary people. Urgent urination refers to the urge to urinate as soon as there is an urge to urinate, often wetting one's clothes and pants, often occurring simultaneously with frequent urination and painful urination. Urinary pain refers to pain in the urethra during or after urination. Often coexisting with frequent urination and urgency, it is important to be alert to urinary system diseases.
Urinary frequency: Beware of bladder diseases
Normal adults urinate 4-6 times during the day and 0-2 times at night. If this range is exceeded, it is considered frequent urination and can be caused by two conditions: normal physiological changes and disease factors. The specific reasons mainly come from three aspects.
First, under normal physiological conditions, a large amount of drinking water will lead to increased urination frequency, especially in some patients with diabetes.
Secondly, inflammatory stimulation can also lead to frequent urination, such as acute cystitis, tuberculous cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, etc. Sometimes, frequent urination, urgency, and pain may occur together.
Thirdly, when the bladder or urinary tract is affected, frequent urination is one of the main symptoms, such as foreign bodies or stones in the urinary tract, bladder occupying lesions, tuberculous bladder contracture, bladder stones, etc.
Urgent urination: often caused by urinary diseases
Urgent urination refers to the patient's urgent need to urinate as soon as they have the urge to urinate, which is difficult to control, or if they have the urge to urinate after urination, they will wet their pants if they do not urinate in a timely manner. There are three main reasons for urgency in urination.
Firstly, irritation of the bladder or urethra is most common, including inflammatory stimuli such as pyelonephritis, renal tuberculosis, kidney stones complicated with infection, cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis, etc. In addition, bladder stones, urethral stones, and ureteral stones are also related to urgency of urination.
Secondly, a decrease in bladder capacity can cause bladder occupying lesions, inflammatory infiltration of the bladder wall, sclerosis or contracture, and other urinary emergencies.
Thirdly, dysregulation of bladder nerve function is common in women, mainly caused by sexual activity.
Urinary insufficiency: pay attention to cystitis and pyelonephritis
Urinary insufficiency is mainly divided into two situations: long-term and long-term. Temporary incomplete urination is a normal physiological phenomenon. If you drink too much water, long-term incomplete urination is one of the symptoms of urinary tract infections, and there are many related diseases. In summary, there are two types: inflammatory and non inflammatory. Inflammatory diseases such as cystitis are common, but in addition, prostatitis, urethritis, and pyelonephritis are also questionable. Non inflammatory diseases mainly include urinary tract stones (kidney stones, ureteral stones, or bladder stones).
