Four pitfalls should be noticed in the routine examination and treatment of prostatitis
Prostatitis is a common prostate disease that endangers men. If there are symptoms such as frequent urination and urgency of urination, men must consider whether they have prostate disease. Generally speaking, we suspect prostatitis. When we arrive at the hospital, the doctor asks us to check prostatitis. What is the check of prostatitis
1. The rectal diagnosis shows that the prostate is plump, enlarged, soft and slightly tender. For a long time, the prostate becomes small and hard, with uneven texture and small induration. At the same time, prostate fluid was obtained by prostate massage, and routine examination was performed.
2. Prostate fluid examination
There are more than 10 white blood cells in the prostatic fluid in the high power field of the microscope, and the lecithin body is reduced, which can be diagnosed as prostatitis. At the same time, bacterial culture can clearly diagnose and classify chronic prostatitis. If the bacterial culture result of prostatitis fluid is positive, chronic bacterial prostatitis will be diagnosed; On the contrary, it is chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.
3. B-ultrasonic examination shows that the boundary of prostate tissue structure is unclear and disordered, which can indicate prostatitis.
4. The main manifestations of urodynamic examination were decreased urinary flow rate, incomplete relaxation of bladder neck-urethral sphincter muscle, and abnormal increase of maximum urethral closure pressure.
5. Bacteriological examination is helpful for diagnosis and treatment. The positive result can be diagnosed as bacterial chronic prostatitis.
Pay attention to four traps in the treatment of prostatitis
I saw some male friends around me, after learning that they were suffering from prostatitis, at the beginning, they would always try various drugs that could take effect quickly because of the urgency of the disease. In fact, these friends have gone into the wrong area of treating prostatitis in order to slow down the disease. The following several traps are great for you to look at:
"Black" Trap I: Abuse of Antibiotics
Some patients will mistakenly think that antibiotics are anti-inflammatory drugs, and should be used if they have prostatitis. In fact, inflammation and infection are two different things. Infection is caused by pathogens such as bacteria. It can be manifested as inflammation, but many of them are not caused by infection, which is called aseptic inflammation. About 90% of the patients with prostatitis are sterile, and less than 10% of the patients are found to be infected with pathogens. Antibiotics used for aseptic prostatitis not only have no anti-inflammatory effect, but also cause local flora imbalance in the body, aggravating the refractory nature of the disease.
