When teenagers enter puberty, their bodies begin to develop, and the testicles will produce sperm, which will combine with the seminal plasma produced by the prostate and seminal vesicles to form semen. When a certain amount of sperm is accumulated, it will lead to the occurrence of ejaculation. When the sperm is full, it is a natural physiological phenomenon. 1、 Half-squatting stake

4、 Massage therapy
After rubbing the palm and getting hot, push and rub it up and down from the waist to the sacrococcygeal bone for 100 times. Then, press the Shenmen point on the forearm and the Taixi and Zusanli points on the foot with your fingers for 1 minute each.
