Five prevention measures should be kept in mind for different types of tubal tuberculosis
Tubal tuberculosis is a disease that we should pay attention to, and its harm to women is also serious. It is necessary to clarify the factors of the disease and prevent it reasonably in daily life.
Causes of tubal tuberculosis
1. Pyogenic salpingitis: commonly seen in incomplete miscarriage, induced abortion, and postpartum infection. The pathogenic bacteria are Staphylococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which cause interstitial salpingitis, isthmus nodular salpingitis, hydrosalpinx, and pyogenic fallopian tubes, leading to the occurrence of tubal tuberculosis.
2. Abnormal development of fallopian tubes: Congenital abnormal development of fallopian tubes such as underdeveloped, curved, and fallopian tube rest rooms. Abnormal function of fallopian tubes, sperm, and fertilized eggs can easily lead to infertility and tubal pregnancy, ultimately leading to tubal tuberculosis.
3. Gonococcal salpingitis: In recent years, it has been found that the proportion of pelvic inflammatory disease caused by Chlamydia and Mycoplasma infections has increased. Like gonococci, the impact on the fallopian tubes is an upward infection along the mucosa, passing through the endometrium of the cervix, uterus, and fallopian tubes to the pelvic peritoneum. However, there is generally no acute phase, and the initial symptoms of infection are mild, so it is not worth paying attention to, ultimately leading to tubal tuberculosis.
Prevention of fallopian tube tuberculosis
1. Regular physical examination: achieve early detection, diagnosis, and treatment.
2. Follow up: prevent the condition from worsening.
3. Pay attention to personal hygiene, especially during menstruation and postpartum period.
4. Enhance physical fitness and enhance one's own immunity: pay attention to the combination of work and rest, participate in more physical exercise, and eat fresh vegetables rich in vitamins.
5. Do a good job of vaccination with BCG vaccine and actively prevent and treat pulmonary tuberculosis, lymph node tuberculosis, and intestinal tuberculosis.
Hazards of fallopian tube tuberculosis
1. Abdominal pain and fever: Patients with acute salpingitis often have obvious symptoms, and symptoms such as pain and fever make patients suffer and their quality of life decreases.
2. Inflammation spread: Acute and chronic salpingitis cannot be cured in a timely manner, and inflammation can spread to adjacent organs and tissues, leading to gynecological inflammation such as oophoritis and endometritis.
3. Ectopic pregnancy: Inflammation of the fallopian tubes causes obstruction, hydrops, or adhesions in the lumen, hindering the movement of sperm, eggs, or fertilized eggs, leading to the arrival of fertilized eggs in ectopic pregnancy.
4. Infertility: Chronic salpingitis that persists for a long time can cause mucosal adhesions within the fallopian tubes, leading to blockage of the fallopian tubes, secondary infertility, or incomplete obstruction of the fallopian tube lumen, increasing the chances of ectopic pregnancy.
