Five issues that are prone to occur in the private parts of newborns, parents should pay attention to
Guardians should observe the development status of their children's eggs, check for excessive foreskin and phimosis issues, and also clean the reproductive organs and hygiene. Guardians should understand the personal issues of boys.
What are the private issues of newborns?
1. Children's egg water is soft
When children suffer from Hydrocele testis, the egg water is soft and transparent when exposed to flashlight. When children are born, the testicular hydrocele does not completely disappear. The fluid in the abdominal cavity may enter the testicular hydrocele through the tube, making the testicle swollen and transparent. It is normal before the age of 2
2. Only one egg
When the child is born, the testicles do not fall into the scrotum, only an egg. If a child still has only one egg after three months of birth, they should be wary of cryptorchidism. Parents must closely monitor their work. At 10 months, the testicles have not yet descended into the scrotum, and active assistance should be provided to doctors for treatment. Testicular disease may lead to male infertility in adulthood, and around 2 years old is the golden period for surgery.
3. Egg swelling
Hernia usually occurs in male babies under one year old, and swelling may appear in the patient's groin. When a child cries loudly, the swelling becomes larger and accompanied by pain. Hernia needs to be treated with surgery at the hospital. It is a good time to have surgery around 6 months, to soothe the child's emotions and reduce the frequency of crying.
4. Children with phimosis
Most newborns have long foreskin after birth, which is a normal physiological phenomenon. As the child's body develops, the foreskin gradually loosens. Generally, around the age of 3, the foreskin recedes and the glans penis is exposed. If a child's foreskin is constantly covered by the glans at the age of 6, the foreskin will be too long.
5. Smegma
After the birth of a newborn, white oily secretions appear under the foreskin. This is Smegma, the mixture of mucosal epithelial cell shedding and glandular secretion. The guardian should do a good job in cleaning the child, cleaning with clean water every day. If there is no co infection, no special treatment is required.
Warm reminder
Guardians should carefully observe the development status of children's eggs, and immediately seek medical treatment after discovering abnormalities to avoid delaying the optimal treatment time. They should maintain ventilation and dryness of children's eggs, and wash children's private parts with clean water every day.
