Too long foreskin is the most common problem among male friends. The bacterial infection in the foreskin cavity will also cause cystitis, pyelonephritis and prostatitis.
2. Encapsulation of phimosis: some patients not only have long foreskin, but also have narrow foreskin mouth, forming phimosis. When the penis is erect, the foreskin cannot be turned down after it is turned up, and the foreskin mouth gets stuck in the glans, forming a phimosis incarceration. At this time, glans edema will occur due to poor blood flow, and glans necrosis may occur in severe cases.
3. Reduce the quality of sexual life: repeated prepuce inflammation can easily lead to the adhesion of glans and prepuce, limit the erection of penis, and then cause pain during sexual intercourse. This will not only cause disharmony between husband and wife's life, but also cause male sexual dysfunction, such as impotence, premature ejaculation, weak and weak erection.
4. Induce infertility and penile cancer: prostatitis caused by infection of foreskin scale and bacterial infection of urinary system will cause sperm vitality decline or even sperm death, resulting in male infertility, and severe cases can induce penile cancer.
