Some people say that the reason why marriage breaks down is ultimately due to the inability to meet each other's needs in some aspects. Regardless of material and money, sex life is also an important factor in determining marital happiness. Many couples who divorce are caused by premature ejaculation! In recent years, major sexual experts in the Asia Pacific region have conducted rigorous surveys on sexual life satisfaction and marital happiness among couples in the modern Asia Pacific region.
Experts point out that currently, there are widespread cognitive misconceptions about sexual health issues. More than half of people believe that premature ejaculation is only a psychological problem, while a quarter of people believe that various sexual health issues are the same. Although sexual health problems are common and seriously harm gender relationships and even the overall quality of life, these cognitive misconceptions prevent people from seeking medical attention to improve their sexual health problems. The survey results show that 77% of men who suffer from premature ejaculation still do not go to a hospital.
Many couples have unhappy sexual lives
This research project lasted for half a year and involved 3567 people aged between 18 and 45 years old in 9 Asia Pacific countries and regions, including China, Australia, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, China. An online survey was conducted in 11 cities in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Wuhan. The valid sample size is 1002, with 499 males and 503 females.
Incompatible sexual life leads to marital imbalance
According to the research report, 58% of men and 46% of women believe that sex is very important in gender relationships. However, whether in the Asia Pacific region or China, more than 50% of couples or partners are dissatisfied with their current sexual life. The overall frequency of sexual activity in the Asia Pacific region is 7.7 times per month on average, while the Chinese population has as many as 9 times per month, which is relatively high in the Asia Pacific region. Experts point out that low sexual satisfaction is not caused by the lack of sexual life between couples.
At the same time, many interviewees hope to prolong their sexual life. Looking at the entire Asia Pacific region, 85% of men and 63% of women want to prolong their sexual life. It is worth noting that in China, the proportion of women wishing to extend their sexual life is as high as 96%, which is far above the average level in the Asia Pacific region.
Early ejaculation in the Asia Pacific region has become a serious problem
Experts told reporters that in clinical practice, many men are concerned about their confidence and ask their partners if they are satisfied with their sexual lives. Among the main factors that cause men to have such concerns, 84% are related to premature ejaculation. In the Asia Pacific region, this proportion is as high as 80%.
