Men with enlarged prostate, especially those who are frequent customers of elderly friends, can experience pressure on the urethra and cause great pain to elderly patients. Due to the gradual development of symptoms of prostate enlargement, early detection is particularly important.
、 Urinary frequency: Urinary frequency is the main symptom in the early stage of prostate enlargement, especially increased nocturia. Patients can urinate more than 2-5 times per night. Prostate hyperplasia causes posterior urethral infarction, which hinders normal urination. Every urination cannot completely clear the urine in the bladder, and there is always a portion of urine left in the bladder. Therefore, after the last urination, they started urinating frequently.
、 Effort in urination: Another early symptom of prostate enlargement is difficulty in urination, especially when it takes a long time to urinate, and the urine flow is very fine, and the distance of urine flow to the outside is also very short; Some patients may experience intermittent urination when they hold their breath for too long and need to exhale. Urinary flow is interrupted with a decrease in abdominal pressure and requires further effort to continue urination. These all indicate that benign prostatic hyperplasia has exerted a certain degree of pressure on the urethra.
、 Hematuria: The phenomenon of hematuria that occurs in the early stage of prostate enlargement is due to the congestion of the enlarged prostate gland, which causes surface blood vessels to rupture and bleed during forced urination.
、 Hyperlibido: In the early stages of prostate enlargement, patients may exhibit an increase in libido that does not match their age, or a sudden increase in libido that is consistently normal. This is often due to prostate hyperplasia, which leads to dysfunction of the prostate and feedback leading to temporary enhancement of testicular function.
