If the shape of the uterine cavity is abnormal, many infants will take a hip position in the uterus, rather than a head down position under normal circumstances. 2. Abortion: The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists believes that the relationship between Uterine malformation and abortion is still unclear.
