Breast sagging is related to age, which can avoid reasonable prevention of breast sagging
Breasts are an important part of the female body, not only playing a beautiful role, but also carrying the responsibility of breastfeeding. Breasts can also experience sagging, which makes many beauty loving women particularly distressed.
Causes of breast prolapse
1. Normal physiological phenomenon: After the end of lactation, women generally experience a situation where their breasts become smaller and sagging. This is because during breastfeeding, the skin on the surface of the breasts is stretched and expanded due to breast swelling, and the breast suspension support structure also becomes larger. When breast milk is no longer produced, there is natural sagging in the early stages. At the same time, after lactation, the glands shrink and consume a certain amount of fat, causing the breasts to become smaller and sagging to a certain extent.
2. Age related: As women age, their breasts may also droop, which is caused by a decrease in the body's endocrine function caused by aging. The skin, supporting tissue, fat, and glands begin to degenerate and atrophy, resulting in empty and cystic breast prolapse.
3. Excessive obesity and sagging: This situation is mainly due to the reduction of breast fat during the rapid weight loss process. Generally, attention should be paid to supplementing vitamins and nutrients to promote breast development and alleviate sagging breasts. Some mothers may become overweight during pregnancy and have oversized breasts, leading to significant chest sagging after breastfeeding.
4. Breastfeeding method error: The reason for breast prolapse is not due to breastfeeding itself. Breastfeeding can promote the secretion of oxytocin in the mother, which can improve the elasticity of the breast ligaments. The wrong breastfeeding method is the cause of breast prolapse, such as not wearing the breast for convenience, habitually letting the baby eat the breast, playing with the nipple for a long time after feeding, and not paying attention to breast care.
5. Insufficient protein intake: Losing weight causes the body to be in a state of long-term hunger, and the body needs to store fat and protein. Breasts are often the first to be washed away. This way, the fat and protein in the breasts will decrease. Losing weight can cause sagging of the chest. To prevent sagging of the chest, more high protein foods can be supplemented.
6. Bathing with hot water: Bathing with hot water can also cause breast sagging. Hot water burns the stratum corneum on the surface of the skin, causing the skin to dry and causing the soft tissues of the breasts to become more and more relaxed. The appropriate temperature for bathing is 37 degrees Celsius.
Preventing breast sagging
1. Prevention of breast collision and compression: Breasts are the most important area for women to pay attention to and should not be easily trapped in danger.
