The symptoms are sudden non-urination or decreased urination, but increased urination frequency, turbid urination, and perineal swelling. If it is not cured, it can be converted to chronic prostatitis. In the morning, the urethral orifice can be sealed by secretion during the first urination after getting up, and a small amount of secretion can flow out from the urethral orifice by squeezing the penis.
2. Seminal vesiculitis: Neisseria gonorrhoeae invades the posterior urethra, which can also invade the seminal vesicle and cause inflammation of the seminal vesicle. During the acute attack, there are hair, frequent urination, pain in urination, end of urination, turbid urination, and blood.
3. Testitis and orchitis: after acute urethritis, especially prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis, gonococci continue to move forward and invade the testis tissue, causing swelling of the testis, pain and fever, and reflex pain in the ipsilateral groin and lower abdomen. Neisseria gonorrhoeae can also invade the testis from the epididymis, causing testicular inflammation. When this complication occurs, the testicular duct and vas deferens are blocked and sterile.
