Abnormal uterine development is related to four factors, and four methods are effective ways to avoid it
Abnormal uterine development is a disease that we should pay attention to, and it can also occur in daily life. We must clarify its harmfulness and pay attention to reasonable prevention.
Causes of abnormal uterine development
1. Congenital absence of uterus and uterine underdevelopment: The latter refers to the immature stage of uterine development from the fetal period to adolescence.
2. Kidney Qi Deficiency: Congenital or acquired severe deficiency of kidney Qi affects uterine development, resulting in female uterine dysplasia.
3. Ovarian disease: female pituitary, hypothalamus, ovary and other organogenesis have obstacles that may lead to slow uterine development and uterine dysplasia.
4. Developmental disorders: Developmental disorders during the embryonic stage. The structure and morphology of the uterus are normal, but the volume is small, and the cervix is relatively long, accompanied by symptoms such as dysmenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, or primary amenorrhea.
Hazards of abnormal uterine development
1. Infertility: people without uterus, rudimentary uterus, and Uterine hypoplasia are mostly treated for infertility.
2. Menstrual abnormalities: Primary amenorrhea is generally manifested in those with primordial uterus or no uterus. The Uterine hypoplasia may have less menstruation. Double uterus, Bicornuate uterus and repeated uterus, excessive menstruation or prolonged menstruation due to the increase of endometrial area, residual horn uterus can be caused by uterine hematocele, which will cause periodic abdominal pain, and the increased residual horn is easily mistaken for Ovarian cyst
3. Pathological pregnancy: Pregnancy is also prone to complications, such as the implantation of gestational eggs on the underdeveloped uterine wall or mediastinum, affecting embryonic development, which can lead to early miscarriage, habitual miscarriage, premature birth, etc. If the pregnant egg is implanted in the residual horn uterus, it often ruptures during 4-5 months of pregnancy. In the late pregnancy of Bicornuate uterus, Unicornuate uterus and saddle uterus, abnormal fetal position, such as breech position, transverse position and oblique position, is easy to occur, resulting in dystocia.
4. Intrapartum and postpartum pathology: Dysplasia of the uterus is often accompanied by underdeveloped uterine muscles, which can easily lead to delayed delivery. Spontaneous uterine rupture can generally be seen. Postpartum is prone to placenta retention and postpartum Uterine contraction asthenic bleeding. Double uterus, Bicornuate uterus and mediastinal uterus can lead to puerperal bleeding.
Prevention of abnormal uterine development
1. Avoiding abortion: Abortions have a certain impact on women's physical and psychological well-being, and frequent abortions can cause significant harm to the uterus. Therefore, if women want to prevent uterine infertility, a good way to avoid multiple abortions is to take contraceptive measures and establish family planning before they want to have children.
