What Is Pain During Sexual intercourse in Women or Is It Caused by Gynecological Inflammation
Sexual activity is a part of our daily lives, but there are also abnormal situations during sexual activity, with female sexual pain being one of them.
Causes of pain during female sexual intercourse
1. Burning sensation caused by various inflammations: Vaginitis or vulvitis caused by bacterial, fungal, or trichomonal infections can cause varying degrees of congestion and swelling in the local area. The stimulation of inflammation will cause the sensory nerves to be in a sensitive state, leading to burning like pain in the vulva. In this situation, receiving sexual stimulation will inevitably exacerbate the pain. Patients with endometritis and pelvic inflammatory disease may experience uterine impact and pain during sexual intercourse. Urinary tract infection is a common disease among married women, with urinary pain and hematuria as the main symptoms. The urethra is adjacent to the vagina, and during sexual intercourse, the urethra can also experience burning pain.
2. Stimulus pain caused by morphological changes: Due to vaginal damage caused by childbirth, or some people treating certain "gynecological diseases" or abortions by placing corrosive drugs in the vagina, causing local ulceration, vaginal adhesions or scar narrowing, or local hypertrophy left after inflammation is cured, the vaginal lumen will narrow and elasticity will be weakened. In this way, there will be endless pain during sexual activity.
3. Vaginal dryness and pain: When women suffer from vaginitis and diabetes, the vagina lacks enough lubricant to dry. After the penis is forcibly inserted, unbearable pain will appear.
4. Husband's rough sexual intercourse causes spasms and pain: male libido is fast, while female libido is slow. In order to achieve a harmonious sexual life, men must patiently flirt and engage in pre sexual caressing activities to stimulate women's sexual desire. When a female brain experiences a sexual arousal furnace, the secretion in the vagina also increases, which creates a pleasant pleasure for both parties during sexual activity. If a woman is averse to sexual activity or reluctantly makes love without sexual desire, the vagina often experiences pain due to insufficient mucus and convulsions caused by rough penetration of the penis. In addition, during sexual intercourse, the husband compresses excessively, increasing the pressure on the female abdominal cavity, affecting the movement of the uterus, bladder, and intestines, and even causing intestinal peristalsis, causing paroxysmal abdominal pain
5. Allergic pain: Some women are sensitive to male semen, vaginal septum, penis sheath and other contraceptives. After contact, allergic reactions will occur in the perineum and the whole body. During sexual intercourse, it will cause lower abdominal pain. Changing the contraceptive method can alleviate or stop the attack.
