But this method must be guided by the teacher, operated correctly, and persisted for a long time. Jade pear technique, iron crotch technique, and pear cultivation exercises are all treatments for the testicles.

3、 Lumbar massage
Rub the palms of your hands together until the palms are warm, then place them on both sides of your waist. With your palms facing the skin, massage your waist up and down until you feel warm. Once in the morning and once in the evening, about 200 times each time.
4、 By abdominal thigh
Before going to bed every night, place your hands on the groin at the base of your thighs (the connection between your thighs and abdomen) and massage your palms back and forth in an oblique direction for 30-50 times. This method has the effect of nourishing the kidney and consolidating essence.
5、 Back collision

9、 Hot water soaking feet
The most suitable time for soaking feet is from 7 to 9 pm every night, which is the time of the kidney meridian. The container used for soaking feet should be a wooden basin.
Soak in foot water, not too hot; It is advisable to use around 40 ℃. The soaking time should not be too long, preferably 15-30 minutes.
10、 Bathhead
Also known as "dry combing", the fingers of both hands are separated like a comb, placed at the hairline of the forehead, and rubbed 36 times from front to back. It can play a role in dispelling wind, elevating clearing, reducing turbidity, benefiting the kidneys and clearing the brain.
