It is very important for the couple to treat together, and the support and assistance of the couple in the diagnosis and treatment process is very important. So, how to judge the urinary system infection?
The main symptoms of urinary infection are
1. Direct infection: When the symptoms of urinary infection include trauma and organ infection of nearby kidney, bacteria can directly invade the kidney and cause infection, which is rarely seen clinically.
2. Upward infection: Most symptoms of urinary infection are caused by upward infection. Under normal circumstances, there are bacteria parasitic on the urethral orifice and its surroundings, but generally it does not cause infection. When the resistance of the body decreases or the urethral mucosa is slightly damaged, the ability to attach the urethral mucosa and ascend is strong, and it is easy to invade the bladder and kidney, causing infection.
3. Hematological infection: The symptoms of urinary infection may be hematogenous infection. The bacteria invade the blood stream from the infection furnace in the body and reach the kidney. The renal cortex causes multiple small abscesses, which spread down the renal tubules to the renal papilla and the renal pelvis mucosa. The route of hematogenous infection from the nipple collecting duct with slight damage to the renal papilla is relatively rare. Hematological infection is often seen in newborns or patients with staphylococcus aureus septicemia.
4. Lymphatic infection: after the occurrence of lymphatic infection in urinary infection, there are many communicating branches in the lymphatic vessels of the lower abdomen and pelvic organs and around the kidney, and there is also lymphatic communication between the colon and the right kidney. When pelvic organs are inflamed, appendicitis and colitis, bacteria can also infect the kidney from the lymphatic tract. This route of infection is extremely rare. I hope male friends can understand.

Couples who have symptoms of urinary system infection such as frequent urination, urgency of urination, redness and swelling of the genital tract, itching, etc. must see a doctor in a regular hospital at the same time.
