Many women during pregnancy, color Doppler ultrasound means that the term pelvic effusion always appears on the report of color Doppler ultrasound examination. Can pregnancy cause pelvic fluid accumulation?
For pregnant women, there are many cases of pelvic fluid accumulation, and with the increase of pregnancy time, the volume of pelvic fluid accumulation also increases. However, pregnant women do not need to worry too much about this condition, as it is a normal physiological reaction that most pregnant women will experience. And this fluid accumulation will gradually subside after delivery. However, if the pelvic fluid accumulation in the pregnant woman significantly exceeds the normal value before delivery, pathological fluid accumulation needs to be considered.
What are the triggering factors for pelvic fluid accumulation?
1. Cold
In winter, if a woman's body is affected by cold for a long time, the possibility of the uterus becoming cold is high, and the possibility of endocrine disorders and fluid accumulation in the pelvis is high. However, the fluid generated in this state is usually physiological, and as long as women can regulate their behavior, the fluid will be absorbed by the body. Therefore, such women do not need to have too much psychological burden.
2. Abortion surgery
After the abortion surgery for women, they need to rest for six months. Women should immediately go to work after surgery, and the discharge of intrauterine congestion is affected. When the congestion cannot be immediately discharged from the female body, pelvic fluid accumulation is mostly pathological, causing abnormal vaginal discharge and fever symptoms. Women should immediately deal with this fluid accumulation after surgery.
3. Excessive pressure
For women with long-term high levels of mental stress, their hormone levels may be imbalanced, causing various adverse reactions in the body, including pelvic fluid accumulation.
Does pelvic fluid accumulation require treatment?
Pelvic fluid accumulation can be divided into two types: physiological fluid accumulation and pathological fluid accumulation. The basis for judging the two is based on the volume of the fluid accumulation. If the volume exceeds the standard value, it is pathological fluid accumulation, and vice versa, it is physiological fluid accumulation. Only patients with pathological fluid accumulation need to receive relevant treatment, and the general treatment method is mostly medication. For women with physiological fluid accumulation, just adjust their work intensity and lifestyle appropriately.
