The prostate is a unique gonadal organ for men. The urethra goes straight through the urethra and is located above the mouth of the urethra and under the bladder. It can secrete prostate fluid and prostate hormone. Prostate fluid can stimulate sperm vitality, improve sperm survival rate and promote the formation of fertilized eggs. There are a large number of nerve networks and nerve endings in the prostate, which are also sensitive organs and can stimulate sexual impulse and excitement.
Prostatitis refers to the acute inflammation of the prostate caused by bacterial infection, resulting in systemic and local symptoms. At the same time, the bacteria enter the vas deferens through the retrograde lymphatic vessels and cause orchitis. The testis is locally red and swollen with tenderness and swelling.
2. The prostate intersects with the spermatic cord lymph. When the prostate has acute inflammation, the spermatic cord can be accumulated, and the infected spermatic cord lymph nodes are swollen, accompanied by tenderness when touched by hand.

5. When acute prostatitis is serious, it will cause inguinal traction pain and renal colic.
