1. Endocrine therapy
(1) Insufficient gonadotropin secretion and hypogonadism: The most commonly used treatment is HCG treatment with similar functions of FSH and LH. The first course of treatment is HCG stimulation test, which is used as examination and treatment. If the effect is not obvious, you can use the second course of treatment: inject 500UHCG into the muscle every 5 days for a total of 3 months, and recheck it during and after the course of treatment.
For children with hypothalamic dysfunction, it is best to use gonadotropin-releasing hormone (luteinizing hormone releasing hormone, LHRH, etc.). In order to achieve the desired effect, the administration is similar to the physiological pulse release of gonadotropin releasing hormone secreted by the hypothalamus, and the increased dose is given every 2 hours, with each administration of 25ng/kg, nasal or subcutaneous administration.
(2) Abnormal gonadal function: when the simple testicular secretion of testosterone is abnormal, use testosterone instead of treatment. Testosterone cream for external use or intramuscular injection, once every 3 weeks, 25mg each time, 4 times in total. After treatment, the penis and scrotum can grow, and sometimes the pubic hair will appear. There are patients who have too fast childbearing.
2. For patients with testicular insufficiency treated by surgery, testicular fixation should be carried out as soon as possible after endocrine therapy is ineffective.
